This cutting-edge feature has been scientifically proven to capture and express up to 40% more key aroma volatile molecules compared to traditional brewing methods. Key component - the chilling rock:
The Paragon's chilling rock is central to its exceptional performance. Made from food grade SUS304 stainless steel and coated with a tough titanium layer, it has a spherical shape and large surface area for even and rapid cooling. The stone's high-density liquid gel core of glycerine and water offers enhanced thermal capacity, maintaining colder temperatures for longer periods and enabling faster freezing than hollow or water-filled alternatives.
Adjustable and user-friendly design:
Designed with versatility in mind, the Paragon is height adjustable, making it compatible with different cups and coffee machines. In addition, its design incorporates non-slip grips for safe handling and operation, ensuring stability and ease of use.
Compact and efficient size:
At 30mm in diameter, the cooling stone is smaller than those used in Paragon filter models and is specifically designed to meet the unique requirements of espresso coffee. Additional cooling stones are also available to order, allowing further customisation and flexibility in the brewing process.
