Sasa Sestic and Professor Chahan, in collaboration with The Coffee Excellence Centre at ZHAW University of Science in Switzerland, are proud to present the Paragon, the latest innovation from Nucleus Coffee Tools.

Over the course of two years, extensive research and development efforts have resulted in a breakthrough brewing style that retains an unprecedented 40% more aroma volatile compounds. This is made possible through the unique Extract Chilling Technique, which leverages a specialized Paragon Chilling Rock to capture volatile aroma compounds.

Careful consideration has gone into the size, shape, and material of the Paragon's design, which ensures that the coffee is dispersed over the rock in a thin layer, allowing for volatile aromas to be captured without compromising the temperature of your hot coffee.

Crafted from lightweight aluminum, and expertly designed in collaboration with industrial designers, the Paragon is not only functional but also highly durable. The top tier of the stand is customizable, allowing you to choose your favorite brewing device, while the middle tier is reserved for the mesmerizing Paragon Chilling Rock. The final tier is designated for your server, and all tiers are adjustable to accommodate different brewing devices and vessels, making the Paragon easy to use and move once you have completed brewing.
