Warranty Coverage

All CMSale machines and devices are covered by a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal, intended use.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@cmsale.com with the following information:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video footage illustrating the problem (where applicable)

Our technical team will assess your case and outline the appropriate next steps - whether that involves remote troubleshooting, a spare part dispatch, or arranging a return for service.

If the machine needs to be returned, CMSale will provide a prepaid return shipping label. All warranty repairs are carried out by our technicians in Poland.


Post-Warranty Support

Once the warranty period has expired, we continue to support our clients. Spare parts, maintenance guidance, and paid repair services remain available - our goal is to keep your equipment running at full capacity regardless of age.
