Excellent burr set. After about a month of use I found that compared to Mazzer OEM burrs the SSP delivers fluffier grounds, better flavour separation and more sweetness. This burr set also grinds much faster than the Mazzer Major 151A OEM burrs. The added flavour separation and sweetness comes at the expense of body and texture but this is is trade off I'm personally quite happy with. Since installing these burrs I've had very few "sink" shots, i.e. undrinkable espresso's even if the shot time was far less than ideal. All in all I'm very happy with this upgrade to my Mazzer V.
