The SSP 65 mm Lab Sweet (LS) burrs with Red Speed coating are flat burrs designed for compatible Mahlkönig K30 and E65S grinders. The Lab Sweet geometry is intended for users who want greater sweetness and a satisfying texture without sacrificing clear separation between individual flavor notes.
The LS profile offers a more balanced alternative to highly analytical, extremely low-fines geometries. It works across modern espresso and filter brewing, particularly with light- and medium-roasted specialty coffees.
