Simplicity of Use

Hoop is a simple yet innovative design consisting of two parts: an outer chamber and an inner chamber. To prepare the dripper for brewing, simply place a paper filter in the outer chamber, attach the inner chamber, rinse the filter with water, and place the dripper on a cup. Brewing coffee is incredibly easy: pour ground coffee into the inner chamber and fill the outer chamber with hot water. In about 5 minutes, your brew will be ready to enjoy.

The manufacturer recommends using up to 20 grams of coffee, which yields around 300 ml of brewed coffee—perfect for a single serving. The Hoop set comes with 100 filters, and it’s also compatible with AeroPress filters. The inner base of the dripper measures 6.9 cm in diameter, making it ideal for cups with diameters between 7.5 cm and 10.2 cm.

What sets Hoop apart is its design—the water flows into the inner chamber through evenly distributed holes in the walls, ensuring that the ground coffee is uniformly saturated without bypassing any grounds. This ensures even extraction, allowing you to get the full flavor potential from your coffee beans. There’s no need for a gooseneck kettle or slow pouring technique—just pour water in one spot, and Hoop will distribute it at the perfect rate on its own. However, Hoop still allows for flexibility and experimentation—you can adjust the water-to-coffee ratio, pouring speed, and more.

All parts of the Hoop dripper are made from lightweight, durable plastic, making it perfect for home use as well as for travel. The materials used are also food-safe and BPA-free. Hoop is easy to clean—it’s dishwasher-safe, and its design allows for easy access to every corner, ensuring thorough cleaning.
