SSP 80 mm Brewing: Maximum Clarity for Filter Coffee
The SSP 80 mm Brewing Silver Knight Blind Mount burrs are flat burrs developed specifically for filter brewing. Their Brewing geometry produces a unimodal particle size distribution with a low proportion of fines, helping reveal clean flavors, clear separation, and high transparency in the cup.
Compared with the more specialized BP profile, the Brewing geometry maintains good balance and provides a more forgiving dial-in. These burrs are designed for filter coffee and are not recommended for espresso.
Blind Mount Compatibility
The holeless mounting system is designed for the following grinders:
- Option-O Lagom P80
- Zerno Z2
- Weber Workshops EG-1
This version is not designed for grinders requiring standard 80 mm burrs with mounting holes.
