Automatic Control for Repeatable Production Roasting
The CMS-12 Automatic is a 4–12 kg gas coffee roaster designed for growing roasteries that need greater production capacity and more repeatable execution of established roasting recipes.
Its touchscreen control system and electric actuators manage burner power, airflow and drum speed according to saved settings. The operator can monitor the roast in real time and switch to manual control whenever adjustments are required.
This approach improves the consistency of machine settings between batches while keeping the roaster in control of the process.
Recipe-Based Automation
