The CMSale Team is a group of coffee technology specialists who work daily with professional roasting equipment, packaging systems, colour analysis tools, and sample roasting technology. Our role is to translate real production-floor experience into clear, practical knowledge for roasters, baristas, and anyone building or scaling a coffee business. We are the official European partners of brands such as Stronghold, IKAWA, Aillio, Kaffelogic, Nucleus, Difluid, and many others. Because we install machines, service them, and train roasters in our own lab and training roastery, our articles are based on real workflows, real data, and real troubleshooting - not theory. On the CMSale Blog, we share insights from installations, roasting consultations, equipment testing, and everyday challenges we help solve for roasteries across Europe.
