CMSale supplies carefully selected equipment for coffee roasting, packaging, analysis and brewing. Based in Poland, we combine engineering experience with a practical understanding of specialty coffee businesses.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide, including countries outside the European Union. For non-EU orders, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm shipping availability and cost.
Where do you ship orders from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland, within the European Union.
Companies with a valid EU VAT number can receive invoices with 0% VAT. Orders within Poland are always subject to 23% VAT.
How long does delivery take?
- Poland: 1–2 working days
- European Union: 3–5 working days
- International destinations: 5–14 working days
What does delivery cost?
Delivery cost depends on destination, package size and product type. You can check details on our Shipping and Payment Terms page or contact us directly.
Are customs duties or taxes required?
Within the EU, VAT is handled according to EU rules. Private customers pay VAT according to the applicable rate.
For customers outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
What should I do in case of a warranty claim?
Our products include a 1-year warranty. Please contact us with your order number, a short issue description and photos or videos. Repairs are handled by our service team in Poland or in cooperation with the manufacturer.
