Weber Workshops RoadRunner: No-Bypass Brewing on the Road
The Weber Workshops RoadRunner brings the vacuum-driven brewing method of the BIRD into a lighter, more durable, travel-ready format. Its patent-pending no-bypass mechanism gives you direct control over agitation, contact time, and filtration while allowing a finer grind than conventional pour-over methods.
When the brewing pod is raised, it creates vacuum pressure beneath the filter and draws the brewed coffee through the grounds. The result is a clean and aromatic cup that retains satisfying body, without leaving the coffee in contact with the grounds after brewing.

Vacuum-Assisted Filtration
The brewing pod combines a filter and sealing gasket. Raising it creates vacuum pressure for controlled, no-bypass filtration.
Controlled Agitation
The brewing arm lets you agitate the coffee evenly with a few controlled up-and-down movements.
Durable Materials
The carafe is made from virgin Tritan™, supported by stainless steel components and silicone gaskets.
Three Integrated Coffee Cellars
Three containers, each holding up to 30 g, store inside the carafe and use one-way freshness valves.
