Continuous band sealer for coffee bags
This continuous band sealer is designed for roasteries and packaging operations that need a consistent, clean seal on heat-sealable coffee bags. Its digital PID controller lets you set the sealing temperature to suit the packaging material, while the conveyor supports a steady packing workflow.
The machine can seal suitable PE, PP, BoPET-based laminates and other heat-sealable packaging materials. It features a stainless steel construction and non-stick PTFE-type guide belts.
Horizontal version
Operates with bags positioned horizontally.
Universal version
Can be configured for either horizontal or vertical operation using the conversion components supplied with this version.
Will it work with my coffee bags?
- It is suitable for coffee bags with a heat-sealable inner layer. This includes many common coffee pouch constructions, provided the sealing area can pass through the machine.
- For bags with a valve, zipper, thick laminate or unusual shape, we recommend checking a sample before production. The seal must be made on a clear, compatible section of the bag.
- Sealing temperature and conveyor speed should be adjusted to the specific packaging material.
