Consistent labelling of pre-made coffee bags
The LA420 Pro Coffee Bag Label Applicator is a desktop machine for applying labels to pre-made coffee bags. Adjustable guides help position bags consistently, including suitable formats with a zipper or a one-way degassing valve.
Place the label on a suitable, reasonably flat area of the bag. It should not cover the valve or interfere with the zipper. The LA420 Pro is not compatible with transparent bags.
Check your bags and labels before ordering
The LA420 Pro requires non-transparent bags. For bags with a prominent valve, zipper or uneven surface, check the intended label position on a sample before production.

Defined label roll specifications
Use labels 30–180 mm wide and at least 20 mm high, with 3–5 mm spacing on a roll with a Ø76 mm inner core.
Label roll orientation and distance from the bag edge
The label roll must have a Ø76 mm inner core in both configurations. Choose the winding orientation according to the distance between the applied label and the bottom edge of the bag:
- Standard winding: Use when the bottom edge of the applied label is at least 20 mm from the bottom edge of the bag.
- Reverse winding: Required when the bottom edge of the applied label needs to be less than 20 mm from the bottom edge of the bag. Order the labels with the artwork in the opposite orientation on the roll.
Confirm the winding orientation before ordering pre-printed label rolls.
