Used ColorTrack Benchtop

The ColorTrack Benchtop is a state-of-the-art laser color analyzer designed for coffee roasting. This advanced benchtop laser takes over ten thousand moving samples per second, providing a comprehensive analysis of your coffee sample. It is capable of up to 40,000 true laser scans per second, offering precision and speed in its operation.

The ColorTrack Laser Module transmits and receives approximately 10,000 individual readings in a one-second scan. The recommended scan time is 20 seconds, which means a large amount of data is collected for each sample. This ensures a detailed and accurate color analysis, which is crucial in the coffee roasting process.

The ColorTrack Benchtop is equipped with the ColorTrack/Cropster software program/drivers. To use it, you need to install three separate components: the latest version of Java from Oracle Corporation, the drivers for the new DAQ device, and the new ColorTrack/Cropster software. The software installation can be completed by following the instructions provided in the user manual.
